Brilliant service. I asked for a bespoke pencil to be made to match a fountain pen which I had bought previously from Pens Unique. David was really helpful, drafting up a design, which I approved and then he sent photos of the finished article. Very prompt and courteous service AND I am delighted with the quality of workmanship.
