Bought a slimline pen for myself to go with a Christmas present diary; Service excellent, exceptional quality, very distinctive and therefore very personal. Was so impressed I bought a second pen for my mother (cross word and puzzle fanatic) and will probably be back for birthday presents for the children in the summer.
